Skillful Eating II – Deep Dive into Eating Whole Foods

This is the 2nd class in the “Skillful Eating” lineup. (Completing Skillful Eating I is not a requirement for taking this class). This class is designed to dive deeper into the details of how to organize, plan for, and ultimately eat more whole foods.
In this class you will learn:
-How to prepare and organize your kitchen (pantry, fridge, appliances) for success.
-The basics of successful meal planning and grocery shopping.
-Tons of information about whole foods, which ones you should be eating, and how to prepare them.
