You CAN Draw, and Why You Should!

Drawing is a simple, inexpensive way to begin experimenting with your own creative process- that has also been found, in countless studies, to improve mental health, memory, communication skills and problem solving capabilities.
As adults, creating art-drawing especially, can feel like a scary undertaking, we frequently tell ourselves we “can’t” draw. I am often told “I can’t even draw a stick figure” but the truth is, if you can hold a pencil, and write your name…you CAN draw!!
Join me for this relaxed, absolute beginners intro to creating a mindful drawing practice!
Class will be fun, pressure free and you will leave with more confidence to create than you came with!
